For any reasons if you are not 100% satisfied with the item, we will take care of return shipping. We are human too, if we have sent you the wronged or
damaged item by mistake, we will also take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Kindly be informed that returned
merchandise must reach Bloom Collections LLP within the required time frame. If your returned merchandise do not fulfill the Acceptable Conditions, you
may not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to Bloom Music School. However you may request to ship back to you at your own cost to
receive the items in the condition in which they were returned to Bloom Music School. If you do not wish to receive the items, Bloom Music School shall
entitled to keep the items or dispose off and withhold the sums already paid. Please see below conditions;
1.) Buyer must request for a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number within 3 days of receipt.
( Upon receiving of the request, Bloom Support will request for a scanned copy of the receipt signed and photos evidence of the items to be returned before issuing
of the RMA number. )
2.) Merchandise return without a RMA number will not be entertained.
3.) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase.
4.) Merchandise must not be worn, soiled, altered, or washed, smell of perfume and free of marks.
5.) Merchandise should be returned new in its orignal packaging, unused and must have all tags still attached, accompanied with the original delivery invoice.
6.) Some items from Bloom.sg may ship with an attached Authenticity cards, dust bag. Merchandise returned without the original Authenticity cards, or a damaged Authenticity cards, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
7.) For Buyer with high overall returns and exchanges behavior, will be denied return.
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back to your account as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return ( usually within 2 weeks ).
Please Note: However if the returns is due to your mistake, Buyer to arrange their own return or Bloom may arrange for a Shipping company to contact Buyer. In this case we will refund you the value of your returned item minus the shipping & handling charges ( shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, such handling charges will be a minimum of USD50.00, subject to Shipping company, Quantity return etc. ). Packages that arrive Cash on Delivery ( COD ) may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Final Sale and Gift Voucher items may not be returned. Buyer should ensure that the shipping company guarantees the delivery of the item to Bloom Music School within the time frame. Bloom Music School will not be held liable for item detained at Customs.
As stocks level is changing frequently, some item may be out of stock after you make the payment, if this happens our Support team will contact you within 24 hours to decide whether to wait or exchange for another item. All excess payment and/or item price difference will be credited to your account.
For sizing exchange, we will only allow exchange for another different merchandise should your desired size is no longer available. We will exchange your merchandise for another merchandise of equal value. If an exchange is done with merchandise of a lower value, the difference in value will not be refunded· If the exchange merchandise is of a higher value, Buyer is required to top up the difference.
